Good win against St Mary's - but what happened to off-side?

By Tim Tabart
The girls continued their good form against St Mary's, passing the ball between themselves, keeping positions and showing improved defence. The game was unusual because the St Mary's coach hasn't taught them offside and wasn't willing to play with the offside rule. However he did promise they would in our next encounter. As a result, we scored one or two goals we wouldn't have if we were playing by all the rules. The final score was 5-0.

Scorers: Bella (2), Lily, Zanna and an authoritative penalty by Charlotte.
